Quality Control, Quality Monitoring, Production Support,
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of quality inspection
- Blueprint reading and solid understanding of GD&T
- Perform dimensional inspections and layouts for PPAPs and startup validations
- Use advanced measurement tools such as Romer arm, calipers, micrometers, optical comparators and height gauges
- Create and review ISIR reports, CAP studies, and material certifications
- Verify part measurements against engineering blueprints and GD&T specifications
- Identify product defects or dimensional variances and provide feedback to engineering and production
- Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities and quarantine of suspect product
- Record findings and maintain accurate documentation
