Position Overview
HireCall is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector for a fast-paced CNC manufacturing environment in Pryor. This role is critical to ensuring products meet strict quality standards through precise inspection, measurement, and documentation. Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and CMMs
Verify dimensions and tolerances based on blueprints and technical drawings
Accurately document inspection results in the company’s ERP system
Identify and report non-conforming products to production management
Assist with calibration of inspection equipment and maintain records
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent quality standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC or manufacturing environment preferred
