We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector who takes pride in precision, attention to detail and ensuring quality products leave our facility.
Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and specifications.
Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment.
Use calipers, dial micrometers, dial indicators, plug gages, thread gages, and other inspection tools.
Verify product compliance with engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
Identify and communicate quality concerns to the Quality Manager.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain a high-quality manufacturing environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
2–5 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints is required.
Experience using dial micrometers and dial indicators is preferred.
Proficiency using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, plug gages, and thread gages.
CMM experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Must possess the visual acuity necessary to perform detailed inspection work, including close vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
