Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision tools
Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Document inspection results and nonconformances within the quality system
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)
Maintain traceability in accordance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR requirements
Assist with audits and ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment
3+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance
Experience with inspection software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Additional Preferred Experience:
CMM programming, propulsion or engine components, Lean/Six Sigma, NPI or startup environments
