Quality Inspector

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products

• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision tools

• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements

• Document inspection results and nonconformances within the quality system

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)

• Maintain traceability in accordance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR requirements

• Assist with audits and ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing

• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

• Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 and ITAR compliance

• Experience with inspection software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

• Additional Preferred Experience:

• CMM programming, propulsion or engine components, Lean/Six Sigma, NPI or startup environments
