Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Perform inspections of electrical systems, electrical components, wiring, and related aircraft electrical installations for compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
- Implement quality assurance and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.
- Inspect all phases of goods, services, or operations for conformity to quality, health and safety, and other operational standards.
- Ensure all services on performance requirement summary are performed satisfactorily.
- Specify areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and frequency of inspections.
- Communicate deficiencies to proper persons and maintain Quality Assurance files.
- Document results of all inspections.
Requirements:
- Secret Clearance Required post start.
- Minimum 3 years of experience inspecting or working with aircraft electrical systems, electrical components, wiring, or related electrical installations.
- Minimum 5 years of Aerospace Quality Inspection experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing product or process inspections.
- Minimum 5 years of experience reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Electrical inspection experience on aircraft systems, avionics, wiring, or integrated electrical components (preferred).
- Experience with large aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) inspections (preferred).
- Experience with military aircraft (preferred).
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or sufficient experience to obtain FAA Repairman Certificate (preferred).
