Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Need to Get on Board

• 3+ years of electronic manufacturing experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections using statistical sampling methods
• Conduct first article inspections for new parts and revisions
• Manage non-conforming materials, including generating Defective Material Reports (DMRs)
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection logs, and reports
• Interpret and review CAD drawings and technical documentation (tolerances, dimensions, component specs)
• Verify drawing revisions and ensure assemblies meet current engineering standards
• Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial indicators, CMM, and digital multimeters
• Perform in-process audits and support ISO internal audit activities
• Apply quality status labels based on inspection data
