Job Description: The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves inspecting, testing, and sampling materials, parts, and products to ensure they conform to all specifications and quality standards. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates degree with 2 years of prior related experience. 4+ years experience working in regulated or standardized Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be a United States Citizen Preferred Additional Skills: Knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements Knowledge of metrology methods. Knowledge of GD&T Self-starter, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Possess exceptional communication (both oral and written) and listening skills, with a strong orientation to details, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. Strong relationship building skills at all levels of an organization and the ability to work effectively across functions within a matrix environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). |
