What You'll Do as a Quality Inspector:- Inspect, measure, and test incoming materials, production parts, and finished products for conformance to specifications
- Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, and indicators
- Record inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality documentation
- Identify and control non-conforming materials in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain product identification and traceability throughout the inspection process
- Assist with quality audits, process documentation, and equipment calibration activities
- Communicate quality concerns and material status to supervisors, engineering, and production teams
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Inspector Role:- Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to use precision measuring and testing equipment accurately
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and procedures
- Basic computer skills for recording inspection data and quality records
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspection duties throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to the Sturtevant, WI area
