WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Record inspection results and complete quality documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Identify and communicate quality issues, including out-of-specification conditions, and assist with investigations and corrective actions.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Cause & Effect Reports (C&E's) as required.
Support production by providing quality samples, inspection criteria, and guidance during manufacturing start-ups.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns and promote continuous improvement.
Maintain organized quality records and documentation while following established procedures.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is an asset.
Your keen attention to detail allows you to identify defects and ensure products consistently meet quality standards.
Confidence using measuring tools and interpreting inspection procedures or technical drawings.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to accurately record inspection data.
You enjoy working collaboratively with production teams to solve problems and improve processes.
A commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
