FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Inspects materials for conformance to specifications and standards
Inspects in-process and finished printed circuit board assemblies for conformance to company, customer, and industry standard requirements
Documents non-conformances according to company procedure
As required and directed, calibrates and maintains inspection equipment
As required, collects inspection data
Writes certificates of conformance
Participates in internal and external Quality Management System audits
The selected candidate will also possess:
Ability to read and understand technical documentation (customer requirements, manufacturing instructions, etc.)
Working knowledge of IPC-A-610
Ability to use inspection equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to take directions from multiple sources (Quality Assurance, Production, etc.)
Motivated, self-starter
Honest and ethical
Open-minded, a team player
Ability to stay focused in production-environment stress
High school education or GED
2 years of experience in a similar position
Salary Range: $19-$22/hr
