- 2+ years of soldering experience (through-hole & SMT)

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Inspects materials for conformance to specifications and standards
- Inspects in-process and finished printed circuit board assemblies for conformance to company, customer, and industry standard requirements
- Documents non-conformances according to company procedure
- As required and directed, calibrates and maintains inspection equipment
- As required, collects inspection data
- Writes certificates of conformance
- Participates in internal and external Quality Management System audits
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (customer requirements, manufacturing instructions, etc.)
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610
- Ability to use inspection equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Ability to take directions from multiple sources (Quality Assurance, Production, etc.)
- Motivated, self-starter
- Honest and ethical
- Open-minded, a team player
- Ability to stay focused in production-environment stress
- High school education or GED
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
Salary Range: $19-$22/hr
