Quality Inspector Trainee

Volt is immediately hiring Quality Inspectorin Valencia CALet your career thrive with VoltAs a Quality Inspectoryou will Conduct in-process inspections of parts components and assemblies to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges to inspect dimensions tolerances and overall part integrity. Identify document and report non-conformances defects or deviations from specifications during the production process. Collaborate with production personnel and supervisors to address quality concerns and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner. Maintain a detailed and accurate inspection records including inspection reports data sheets and logs. Ensure proper handling and storage of inspected items to prevent damage. Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Ensure that inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
