- Demonstrated ability to perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify parts against specifications.
- Experience measuring parts and comparing results to blueprints and documented requirements.
- Strong understanding of basic measurement principles and dimensional inspection.
- Ability to update and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation accurately.
- Experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electronics, including circuit board manufacturing, PCBA, or electro-mechanical manufacturing.
- Exposure to or experience creating and performing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
- Familiarity with PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plans.
- Experience working with quality documentation in a manufacturing setting.
- Comfort working with schematics and technical documentation related to electro-mechanical systems.
Work Environment
You will work with precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages, and handle components related to circuit boards, PCBA, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
