Diversified Sourcing Solutions (DSS) is hiring Quality Inspectors for a manufacturing facility in Waco. If you have a strong eye for detail, take pride in quality work, and enjoy a hands-on manufacturing environment, this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Inspect finished products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform visual inspections and identify defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Check product dimensions, appearance, weight, and overall quality
- Follow established quality procedures and specifications
- Identify and report quality issues to the appropriate team members
- Document inspection results accurately
- Separate or identify non-conforming products
- Work closely with machine operators and production team members to address quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and quality guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production, quality inspection, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify differences and defects in products
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work day or night shifts
