Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team at our custom rubber manufacturing facility in Warwick, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet specified quality and reliability standards through inspections, measurements, and testing. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical drawings, measurement tools, and quality control processes. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Additional technical training or certifications in quality inspection a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role, preferably in the rubber industry. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings. Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges. Strong math and analytical skills. Computer literate: familiarity with MS Office and quality management systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
