Compensation: $23.00-$27.00 per-hour | paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Mon–Thurs | 6:30am–4:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Inspectors for a precision manufacturing company in Elk River, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure that parts and materials meet strict quality standards throughout the production process. If you enjoy detailed, hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this position could be a great match. What You'll Do as a Quality Inspector:
  • Inspect incoming parts and materials to meet purchase order specifications
  • Perform first article inspections to verify accurate manufacturing processes
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections of machined components
  • Use calipers, gauges, CMMs, and optical measuring tools
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
  • Record inspection data in the MES system
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T documentation
  • Follow ISO 9001, AS9100, and OSHA quality/safety standards
  • Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Inspector Role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measurement tools
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to the Elk River area
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, if required
