Quality Inspector – 1st Shift

Position Title: Quality Inspector
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team on 1st shift. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting products for defects, damages, and quality issues to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment or further production. Candidates must be willing to work overtime as needed and comply with all safety requirements, including wearing steel-toe boots.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with heavier lifting assisted as needed.

• Must have good visual acuity to inspect products accurately.

• Ability to work overtime when required, including occasional Saturdays.

Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe boots are required.

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Shift: 1st Shift

• Overtime available and required based on production needs.
