In a Quality Lab Technician job, you'll be responsible for:Performing laboratory testing and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Collecting and documenting test results accurately while maintaining detailed quality records.
Using measuring instruments, testing equipment, and laboratory tools to verify product specifications.
Identifying quality issues and communicating findings to production and management teams.
Assisting with investigations of non-conforming materials and supporting corrective actions.
Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accurate testing.
Following company quality procedures, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) where applicable.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Previous experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing quality assurance preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
Basic computer skills and experience entering data into quality systems.
Ability to use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection equipment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Availability for an in-person interview in McDonough, GA and flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift (other shifts may be considered).
