  • Spend approximately 80% of the workday in the laboratory, 10% on the production lines, and 10% on paperwork, documentation, and data entry.
  • Adhere to physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, occasional lifting, and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2+ years of experience with gas chromatography (GC) or liquid chromatography (LC) in any industry.
  • Hands-on experience performing GC testing; GC experience is critical for success in this role.
  • Experience with HPLC, GC, pH measurement, FTIR, and wet chemistry techniques such as titrations, percent solids, and viscosity testing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment and manage multiple tests and tasks during a shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Ability to follow written procedures, standard operating methods, and safety protocols.
