The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of analytical experience in both laboratory and plant environments with a strong preference for candidates from chemistry or microbiology backgrounds. This role is critical in ensuring that our distilled products meet regulatory and company standards.Key Responsibilities Provide quality leadership during night shift operations. Perform microbiological testing on water ingredients and distilled products. Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with Global Risk Management and North American Standards. Inspect raw materials for conformance to product specifications. Conduct sensory and analytical testing on in-process and finished products. Support non-conforming goods management and documentation. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment including HPLC spectrophotometer and alcolyzer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.Required Qualifications 1 years of experience in a production laboratory supporting on-site productionprocessing. Experience with non-conforming goods management. Production experience isrequired. Familiarity with HPLC spectrophotometer alcolyzer and other analytical equipment. Understanding of microbiological test methodologies is a plus. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.Preferred Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering. 3-5 years of analytical experience in a laboratory and plant environment.
