Supervisory Responsibilities: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Demonstrate HSE leadership by ensuring the health and safety of the team and actively supporting the site's HSE initiatives. Oversee HSE performance, ensuring compliance with standards, identifying and mitigating risks, leading event analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Provide necessary HSE training, maintain team certifications, and supply appropriate resources, fostering a culture of accountability in HSE performance. Organization & Leadership: Coordinate and lead daily activities of the inspection team in either Assembly or Packing. Allocate work, manage administrative processes, lead daily team meetings, and act as a key communicator to unite teams around objectives and drive continuous improvement. Support team integration and adaptation during organizational or operational changes while maintaining positive employee relations. Team Development: Assess individual and collective team skills to address current and future needs.
