Description
detail-oriented Production Quality Technician to join our team. This role will work 6:00am - 6:30pm (48 hours one week [4 days], 36 hours the next [3 days]) This role works on the production floor and not in a lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and test in-process and finished product samples
- Verify packaging, labeling, coding, and product specifications
- Inspect incoming ingredients and monitor production conditions
- Ensure sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor
- Support audits, inspections, and quality investigations
- Document results and manage non-conforming products
- Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teams
- Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
