detail-oriented Production Quality Technician to join our team on the night shift. This role operates on a rotating schedule (6:00 PM 6:30 AM, 34 days per week) and works directly on the production floor to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and test in-process and finished product samples
Verify packaging, labeling, coding, and product specifications
Inspect incoming ingredients and monitor production conditions
Ensure sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor
Support audits, inspections, and quality investigations
Document results and manage non-conforming products
Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teams
Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
