Quality Management System Supervisor

In this role you will be responsible for supervising Customer Quality Management Systems personnel and leading the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Customer Quality Management System (CQMS).

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• LeadandmanagetheCustomerQualityManagementSystem(CQMS),ensuringcompliancewithIATF16949,ISO9001,customer-specificrequirements,andcompanyqualitystandards.

• Serveastheprimarycustomerqualityliaison,buildingstrongcustomerrelationships,leadingquality-relateddiscussions,andensuringtimelyresolutionofcustomerconcerns,complaints,andcorrectiveactions.

• ProvideleadershipanddirectiontoCQMSpersonnel,includingsupervision,workprioritization,coaching,performancemanagement,andemployeedevelopment.

• Driveauditreadinessandcomplianceactivities,overseeingdocumentcontrol,qualityrecords,managementreviews,customeraudits,andcorrectiveactionfollow-uptomaintainsystemeffectiveness.

• Championcontinuousimprovementinitiatives,partneringwithcross-functionalteamstoimprovequalityperformance,reducenon-qualitycosts,strengthenprocessdiscipline,andenhancecustomersatisfaction.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinEngineering,Quality,Manufacturing,orarelatedtechnicalfieldpreferred;equivalentcombinationofeducationandexperiencemaybeconsidered.

• Minimum5yearsofexperienceincustomerqualitysystems,qualityauditing,manufacturingquality,orarelatedqualitymanagementfunction.

• ExperiencemanagingCustomerQualityManagementSystems(CQMS)andconductinginternal,external,orcustomerqualityaudits.

• Strongcustomer-facingqualityexperience,includingdirectinteractionwithcustomers,customerqualityrepresentatives,andresolutionofqualityconcerns.

• Demonstratedleadershipandteammanagementcapabilities,withpriorsupervisory,teamlead,orpeopleleadershipexperiencepreferred;InternalAuditororLeadAuditorcertificationisaplus.
