Known for its engineering expertise and long-standing industry presence, my client continues to invest in innovation, quality, and operational excellence across its global footprint.Job DescriptionServe as the site leader for the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.Act as the management representative for third-party certifications and audits, maintaining adherence to quality and special process requirements.Lead internal audit programs, supplier quality initiatives, calibration systems, and non-destructive testing activities.Drive continuous improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies to reduce defects, improve process capability, and enhance overall operational performance.Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action activities utilizing structured problem-solving tools, including 8D methodologies.Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers, managing complaints, corrective actions, and quality improvement projects.Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality, process control, and supplier performance.Oversee gauge control and calibration programs to ensure measurement system integrity and compliance.Analyze quality data and key performance indicators using statistical tools to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive decision-making.Lead and develop quality personnel while promoting a culture of quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
