Lead Quality ManagerLead the site Quality Management System including AS9100 compliance. Oversee internal audits, NDT, calibration, supplier quality, and HS&E. Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies. Lead root cause analysis and CAPA using 8D methodologies. Act as the primary customer interface for complaints and improvement initiatives. Manage gauge control, calibration systems, and quality performance metrics.A successful Quality Manager should have: Bachelor's degree required, 5+ years in a quality leadership role (aerospace preferred), Six Sigma Green Belt minimum (Six Sigma strongly preferred), strong GD&T knowledge and blueprint interpretation skills, experience with SPC, PFMEA, and advanced quality tools, proven leadership ability with strong communication and cross-functional influence.High-impact leadership role with full ownership of site quality.
