Quality ManagerOur client is a highly respected precision machining and assembly manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Known for working with complex materials and tight tolerances, they operate in a fully certified AS9100D, ISO 9001, and ITAR-regulated environment where quality and performance are mission-critical.Job DescriptionLead and maintain AS9100D and ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsManage internal, customer, and certification auditsEnsure compliance with ITAR and customer requirementsDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)Oversee nonconformance, supplier quality, and complaintsTrack and report quality KPIs and metricsPartner with Ops, Engineering, and Supply Chain teamsSupport NPI and process validation activitiesLead, mentor, and develop quality team membersDrive Lean and continuous improvement initiativesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
