    The Opportunity

You will translate global and regional quality strategies into meaningful local actions, ensuring high standards are embedded into daily operations. By championing the voice of the customer and using data-driven insights, you will elevate performance, strengthen trust, and support sustainable growth. Collaboration is at the core of this role partnering closely with cross‑functional teams, regional stakeholders, and customers to solve challenges and unlock better ways of working.

    How You'll Make an Impact

    • Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance across all quality activities

    • Lead the factory Quality Improvement Plan aligned with global strategies

    • Embed customer feedback into quality initiatives and resolve escalations

    • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and continuous certification readiness

    • Drive quality assurance, control, and risk management practices

    • Lead corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods

    • Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement

    • Track, analyze, and report quality KPIs to guide decision-making

    Your Background

    • Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

    • 5+ years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment

    • Prior leadership or people-development experience

    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards

    • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools

    • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data
