Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain integrated quality, environmental, safety, and information security systems aligned with industry standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee quality planning, inspections, and process controls.
  • Drive customer-focused practices and ensure requirements are consistently met.
  • Monitor raw materials and finished goods to ensure product conformity.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in new product introduction and quality planning activities.
  • Handle customer issues and lead audit preparation and execution.
  • Track, evaluate, and report quality performance metrics to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with audits and inspections in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and documentation control.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of quality management experience.
  • Background in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, thermoforming, and/or extrusion preferred.
  • Quality certifications and VDA 6.3 training are a plus.
