Quality Manager

Job Title: Quality Manager

Compensation: $80,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview:

As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's products and services meet and exceed industry standards. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the quality control process and implementing strategies to improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with room for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality

- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures

- Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the quality control process

- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met

- Manage and mentor a team of quality control technicians and inspectors

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or business administration

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies

- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
