We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve a comprehensive quality management system within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will oversee quality performance, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement initiatives, and a high-performing quality team.

Description
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Own quality metrics and KPI performance, driving initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop PFMEAs and control plans to support customer programs and manufacturing processes.
- Manage corrective and preventive action programs, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and closure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, providing quality system performance updates to senior management.
- Interface directly with customers to ensure quality expectations and objectives are consistently achieved.
- Support business growth by assisting with new customer onboarding and program launches.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staff development initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement programs, quality initiatives, and best practice deployment across the organization.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading and maintaining quality management systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), SMT, or complex assembly operations.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and related regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of FDA quality requirements and aerospace regulatory standards is highly desirable.
- CQE, CQM, ISO Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Ability to lead customer audits, site visits, and regulatory assessments.
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to ITAR-controlled data requirements.
