Description

  • Establish and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes across manufacturing operations
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for defects, nonconformances, and customer complaints
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and process efficiency
  • Manage supplier quality, including audits, evaluations, and performance monitoring
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train and guide staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to maintain consistent performance

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO standards) and experience implementing them in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions effectively
  • Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, components, and testing methods
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends and improve performance
  • Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, production, and supply chain teams
  • Experience managing supplier quality, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
