Job Title: Quality Manager
Location: 100% onsite
 

Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and develop a Quality team supporting manufacturing operations. This role ensures product quality, drives continuous improvement, and serves as a key link between manufacturing, customers, and suppliers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians
  • Oversee inspections, audits, and product quality standards (incoming, in-process, final)
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for internal and external quality issues
  • Partner with manufacturing to improve processes and reduce defects/rework
  • Manage customer complaints and supplier quality issues through resolution
  • Analyze quality data and support process capability and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
  • Provide training, performance feedback, and team development

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years in Quality (manufacturing environment required)
  • 1–3 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or similar tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
