Akkodis is seeking a Quality Manager for a Contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating ETL processes and database systems by ensuring accurate data extraction, transformation, loading, and end-to-end data integrity across enterprise data platforms.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Perform end-to-end ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes across source and target systems.
Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, data quality checks, and defect identification.
Validate source-to-target mappings, data warehouse implementations, and database integrity to ensure accurate and reliable data movement.
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, execute test cycles, and track defects through resolution.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and testing frameworks using Java to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data teams to support ETL deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality data delivery across enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
8-10 years of experience in ETL Testing, Database Testing, Data Warehousing, or Data Quality Assurance within enterprise data environments.
Strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL/PL-SQL, data validation, source-to-target mapping, data reconciliation, and end-to-end testing of data integration workflows.
Proven experience in database testing, data warehousing concepts, defect management, and Java-based test automation frameworks; exposure to Selenium and integrated application testing is preferred.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $42.00 per hour
