Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality Standards & Industrialization department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Manage quality projects to meet specific requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to support project success
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
  • Investigate and identify risks, leading opportunities for process enhancements and problem resolution
What's Needed?
  • Extensive experience in quality management within the aerospace or related industry
  • Background in aeronautics with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA)
  • Knowledge of PPV methodology and quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to support cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards
