Job Description
Develop, implement, and enforce project QA/QC plans, procedures, and quality standards. Conduct field inspections and oversee testing, commissioning, and quality verification activities. Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and project documentation for compliance and accuracy. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain project schedules. Lead non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions to enhance project quality.

The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality management systems. Experience managing quality programs on large-scale, complex commercial construction projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience. Strong commitment to quality and safety, with the ability to enforce standards and drive compliance on projects. Open to travel as needed.
