Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements. Establish quality standards, inspection methods, and testing protocols to ensure product consistency and reliability. Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, containment activities, and quality reporting. Lead supplier quality initiatives including qualification programs, audits, and performance improvement efforts. Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and risk-based quality methodologies. Coordinate and execute PPAPs, First Article Inspections, and validation activities. Plan, schedule, and lead internal and external quality audits. Partner with engineering, operations, suppliers, and multiple facilities to align quality goals and performance. Develop, mentor, and support quality personnel while promoting a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or related quality leadership position within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, testing methods, and manufacturing processes. ISO9001, IATF 16949, and AS9100 experience ISO Certifications Knowledge of MRP or other computer systems
