Description

Quality Management LeaderLead all aspects of product quality, inspection operations, and quality systems within a manufacturing environment. Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness. Develop, monitor, and improve quality KPIs through data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage non-conformance programs, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis processes. Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve product quality and process performance. Review manufacturing procedures and implement process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency. Lead internal audits, system audits, supplier assessments, and compliance activities. Manage supplier quality performance and drive corrective action plans. Investigate customer complaints and coordinate effective resolutions with cross-functional teams. Prepare and present quality reports, trend analyses, failure analyses, and performance metrics to leadership. Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and operational improvements. Lead quality-related training programs and promote best practices throughout the organization. Partner with executive leadership to establish quality strategies, policies, and long-term objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, including hiring, training, and performance management. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related discipline preferred. 5+ years of Quality Management experience within a manufacturing environment. 5+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements. Experience with corrective actions, root cause analysis, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of supplier quality management and manufacturing quality processes. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt or better certification preferred. Experience utilizing ERP systems and quality reporting tools. Hands-on experience with precision measurement equipment, including CMMs, Keyence systems, calipers, and related inspection tools. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.Competitive compensation package.
