What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the Quality Manager for Premium Products, you will serve as a key leader responsible for maintaining and advancing the Quality Management System (QMS) supporting premium remelted products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and maintaining the Quality Management System for premium products
  • Managing external quality certifications and compliance requirements
  • Overseeing internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Reviewing and approving certified test reports
  • Driving customer-focused quality standards throughout the organization
  • Managing and mentoring Quality Assurance personnel
  • Partnering cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to strengthen quality systems and processes
  • Serving as Management Representative for the Premium Products QMS, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and integrity
  • Reporting QMS performance metrics and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Supporting a culture centered around safety, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Traveling domestically and internationally as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a quality professional who combines technical expertise with leadership presence and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Metallurgy, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC leadership experience within metals manufacturing
  • Strong experience with premium remelted products including VAR and/or ESR processes preferred
  • Deep understanding of quality systems, audits, certifications, and corrective action processes
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead teams while building strong working relationships across departments
  • Strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
