Job Details

What You’ll Do
Quality Leadership & Systems
Set the vision and direction for quality, aligning priorities with business goals and customer requirements
Own site-wide quality performance across manufacturing operations
Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), aligned with ISO standards and industry best practices
Establish and track KPIs that drive accountability, transparency, and results
Oversee inspection, testing, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistent product integrity
Partner closely with engineering and operations to ensure seamless alignment on specifications and execution
Drive standardization of processes, documentation, and best practices across the facility
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors
Build a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and career development
Align team resources and priorities with evolving operational needs
Lead cross-functional initiatives to solve complex challenges and implement sustainable improvements
Compliance, Audits & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and corrective action follow-up
Champion root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Monitor and communicate quality performance metrics to leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
8–12 years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment
4+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams or functions
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Hands-on experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis, and control plans
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
Proven experience leading audits and driving compliance initiatives
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
