Description

Lead Quality Management RoleLead and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and AS9100. Manage audits, certifications, and compliance activities. Develop and control quality documentation, procedures, and manuals. Establish KPIs, metrics, and management review processes. Oversee inspections, internal audits, and First Article Inspections (FAI). Generate and manage CARs, PPAP documentation, and related records. Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering and operations on ECOs, MRBs, and design reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. Manage calibration programs for inspection and testing equipment. Analyze and report on quality performance using ERP systems.
