Make a visible impact as the Quality Manager at Guardian Industries in Richburg, SC!
We are looking for a talented quality leader who wants to influence plant performance, strengthen customer confidence, and build a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will lead quality assurance across products, projects, and manufacturing processes while partnering with teams throughout the plant. You will have the opportunity to turn data into action, develop people, prevent defects, and deliver measurable improvements in quality, reliability, and cycle time.

You'll be joining a team that is collaborative, hands on, and closely connected to operations. Engineers are empowered to challenge the status quo, lead improvements, and see their ideas implemented on the floor.
