We're partnered with a precision manufacturing company in Shelton, CT to hire a Quality Manager to lead their Quality Assurance function.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and develop the quality team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all processes
Manage and maintain IATF 16949 compliance
Oversee PPAP and ISIR submissions, non-conformance reporting, corrective actions (8D), internal audits, SPC, gauge programs, and cost of quality tracking
Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers
Participate in APQP and quote reviews
Maintain quality systems, documentation, and procedures
What We're Looking For
Automotive manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, and root cause analysis
Background as a Quality Engineer ready for the next step or a current Quality Manager
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
