QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of quality control/inspection experience in aerospace or precision industries
  • Experience with GD&T and precision measuring tools
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude (previous experience with machine tools is a plus)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A QUALITY MANAGER

In this full-time role, you lead the charge on quality-overseeing inspection activities from incoming materials through final production, guiding your team to uphold the highest standards of precision and accuracy. Your day blends hands-on inspection using advanced measuring tools with strategic oversight, as you interpret technical drawings, ensure compliance with ISO and AS standards, and drive process improvements. You collaborate with production teams, vendors, and leadership, resolve quality challenges, and ensure every product reflects Horberg's commitment to excellence.
