Carrot transforms eye care diagnostics with portable, automated exams that improve efficiency, accuracy, and patient comfort. From visual fields to color vision, ocular motility, and pupillometry, every test is clinically validated and tied to five billable CPT codes. The result: faster ROI, confident clinicians, and seamless care.

We seek a Quality and Operations Coordinator. This is a critical role responsible for building, fixing, and maintaining finished product and sub-assembly inventory levels. 

This role will conduct product assembly and quality control inspections. This role will also cross-train on a variety of operations functions such as inventory control, purchasing, and receiving inspection. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has experience working with VR headsets or similar computing technology.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble accessory and sub-assemblies into finished products according to defined specifications and work instructions.
  • Inspect incoming and in-process parts for conformance to specifications (visual and dimensional requirements).
  • Fulfill customer orders while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain production documentation including assembly forms, receiving inspection forms, and non-conformance reports.
  • Conduct QC Inspection of finished products.
  • Proactively communicate any issues with direct management
  • Collaborate with engineers as needed to identify and resolve assembly issues.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of components and finished products in compliance with GMP requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
  • Ability to follow daily routine and complete tasks independently 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours a day
