How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence.

  • Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes.

  • Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff.

  • Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.

 

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the state of Wisconsin or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in the field of the primary work required.
