Quality Principal Engineer

Within Quality Engineering, we play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining technical quality assurance and control systems. We continuously identify opportunities to improve the inspection, verification, and validation of our products. Our team is responsible for defining quality strategies and governance frameworks while driving the implementation of quality standards and methodologies. We also collaborate with engineering teams and customers to gather, analyze, and leverage data to enhance product quality and reliability.
What you'll achieve
As a Quality Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the quality performance of drives within Enterprise Systems. You will leverage data analysis and dispatch profiling to identify trends, investigate issues, and support root cause analysis. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure timely containment and resolution of potential quality concerns while promoting continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
