The Quality Process Engineer (Machining) ensures high-quality manufacturing by developing and maintaining inspection plans aligned with technical data.
They collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to optimize processes, select tools, and define inspection strategies, including CMM programming and manual methods.
Responsibilities include interpreting TDP requirements, leading inspection plan development, supporting NCR dispositions, and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements include a bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in GD&T, quality tools, CMM, CAD/CAM software, and machining knowledge.
