Job Title: Quality Receiving Inspector
Location: Ventura County, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $18.90/hour

Job Summary

• Perform incoming quality inspections in a regulated environment
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and quality standards
• Support receiving, inventory, and distribution processes

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, components, and returned products
• Verify product quality, documentation, and specifications
• Determine disposition of received goods
• Perform visual inspections of raw materials and subassemblies
• Review and request COAs, CORs, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Support label control, organization, and material handling
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulated environments preferred
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and documentation
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
