Quality Reimbursement Coordinator (Full Time )

Location: Mercer County

Position Overview

The Quality Reimbursement Coordinator will be responsible for aiding in maximizing reimbursement from Hierarchical Condition Coding (HCC) coding initiatives and compliance with HEDIS/CMS preventive health and chronic disease management quality incentive measures related to gainsharing, shared savings and "Pay for Value" incentive programs. Assist in the distribution of patient specific, site specific and provider specific data as appropriate to close quality gaps.

Compensation

Position starts at $17.00 per hour, however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Location and Hours of Position

Office location: Sharon Medical Group 63 Pitt Street, Sharon Pa 16146

General hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

NO WEEKENDS

Qualifications

Medical Assistant (MA):graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant (certification preferred) and/or two years experience in a clinical setting

• Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
• Administering Medication
• Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
• Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
• Computer proficient and EMR experience
