The organization is committed to operational excellence, sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement, offering employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing business.Job DescriptionLead and continuously improve the site's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.Manage quality processes, including internal audits, corrective actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and performance metrics.Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments, and operational controls.Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with all California OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and employee training programs.Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives, including waste reduction, recycling, and compliance programs.Track, analyze, and report quality, safety, and sustainability KPIs to support continuous improvement efforts.Partner with operations leadership to optimize workflows, improve process efficiency, and strengthen operational controls.Lead cross-functional projects focused on quality, compliance, safety, and operational excellence.Support customer audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance-related requests while serving as the site's subject matter expert for quality, safety, and sustainability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
